How does your fixed-price model work?

We scope your project during discovery, then provide a written proposal with a single fixed price, clear deliverables, and a timeline. No hourly billing, no surprise charges. What happens after my site launches?

All sites require a monthly hosting plan. What's included depends on your tier — Basic, Business, or Advanced Growth — covering hosting, SSL, monitoring, backups, and support at varying levels. Hosting plan details are on our pricing page.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You retain full ownership of your website content, design files, and code. If you ever need to move your site to a different host, we'll provide everything you need. We don't hold your site hostage.

What hosting do you use?

All sites are hosted on AWS S3 with Amazon CloudFront CDN for global delivery. This means enterprise-grade reliability, automatic SSL, DDoS protection, and fast load times worldwide — at a cost included in your hosting plan. You get 99.9% uptime with our SLA guarantee.

Can you work with my existing branding?

Absolutely. If you have existing brand assets (logos, color palettes, fonts, style guides), we design within those guidelines. If you're starting fresh, we can develop a visual identity as part of a higher-tier project engagement.

What do you need from me to get started?

To kick off a project, we need: a clear description of your business and goals, any existing brand assets, content (text, images, or direction on what you need), and a signed proposal and initial payment. We'll walk you through everything in the discovery phase.

Do you offer e-commerce or custom web applications?

Yes — complex builds including e-commerce (Stripe integrations, product catalogs) and custom functionality are scoped as Professional projects. These are priced based on requirements. Request a proposal and describe what you need.

What's your refund or satisfaction policy?
